EyesOpenIowa (EOI) is a leading national organization dedicated to adolescent sexual health, rooted in Iowa but with a national reach. Since our founding in 1994 as the state's first teen pregnancy prevention coalition, we've grown into a respected authority in comprehensive sex education, serving a diverse network of over 1,800 agencies, schools, professionals, teens, and parents across the nation.

At EOI, we deliver high-quality, medically accurate, and age-appropriate sex education that covers a wide range of topics, including LGBTQ+ inclusivity, boundaries, consent, healthy relationships, interpersonal and sexual violence, HIV and other STIs, contraception, and more. Our expertise extends beyond Iowa, as we train educators and youth-serving adults from coast to coast, establishing EOI as a trusted leader in the field of sexual health.
